On 23 May 2024, Great Cornish Food which was built alongside Waitrose in Truro to showcase the best Cornish food confirmed that they were going to sell garlic grown by THE WEST CORNWALL GARLIC COMPANY. The first product will be the Elephant Garlic Scapes followed by Elephant Garlic Bulbs.
