ELEPHANT GARLIC SCAPES

The Elephant Garlic flower stem, tender, mild and delicious. Eat both stem and flower head and cook like asparagus. Available May to mid June.

GREEN GARLIC

Using a great tasting variety of garlic, Green Garlic is deliberately harvested early to create a fresh and slightly milder taste. It has a mono bulb with a delicious stem (a substitute for the spring onion but also much bigger). Available in May and June.

ELEPHANT GARLIC BULBS

Huge bulbs with a warm and subtle flavour. Fresh from July, cured from August. Once cured (hung) they have a shelf life until January if kept in the right conditions (see FAQ’s).
