Cured Elephant Garlic Cloves. Split from the bulb these huge cloves are placed in a re-usable branded linen bag. The loamy soils and coastal sunshine are ideal to produce the huge and versatile allium that these cloves have been split from, the cloves have a warm and subtle flavour. Roast cloves to serve whole, sauté to enhance a dish, finely slice raw in salads or create a pesto. Contains at least 5 cloves of different sizes. Can be stored for up to 6 months (see FAQ).
